As a special free gift to my many followers and readers; I would like to offer the complete compilation of the 108 Days Reflection and Meditation 16-week cycle.

Yes. In the spirit of the Good, I want to make this important collection of daily reflections and meditations freely available to my followers and readers for a limited time. As of immediately, and until midnight on Monday, August 17, 2020, I am offering the entirely updated compilation to anyone requesting a copy.

Requests can be made by email to d.karuna.d@gmail.com by placing 108 Days R&M in the Subject line. The sender's email must be valid and active, and able to accept a 14MB PDF attachment.

The entire compilatin is about 290 pages in length including the TOC and the Index. There are about 11 pages of introductory text including a section on why the No. 108 is important as well as a basic meditation primer.
